Shipping & Returns

We ship in-stock orders within 1 business day, usually by UPS, anywhere in the continental United States. If you are not happy with a purchase, call us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will help you return it. The details are below.

Shipping

Technical Connections Inc. ships all in-stock orders within 1 business day. Most orders go out by UPS. UPS business days are Monday through Friday, with exceptions for holidays.

  • UPS Next Day Air: next business day to a business or residence. For Saturday delivery, phone your order in at 800-585-8795.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: second business day.
  • UPS 3-Day Select: third business day.
  • UPS Ground: the least expensive method, anywhere in the continental US within 5 business days.

International shipping

We are unable to ship orders outside of the United States at this time.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, call us at 800-585-8795 within 30 days of the original invoice date. We do not accept returns on special order items. Items that are not in their original box and packaging are not returnable.

How much you get back:

  • Items in new, unopened condition: a full refund of the product price, not including shipping.
  • If we recommended the wrong product: a full refund.
  • Items not in the original box and packaging: not returnable. If one arrives here, we try to refuse it; if we cannot, no refund is issued.
  • Items that have been installed, or are missing packaging and can no longer be resold: 80% of the product price.
  • We refund shipping only when we made an error, or a product is defective and no replacement is sent.
  • No refund is issued after 90 days, even if you notified us within 30 days.

How the return works:

  1. Call 800-585-8795 to tell us an item is coming back.
  2. Repackage the products securely. Most items need to be over-boxed. Do not ship them in their display packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice, or a note with your order number, name, phone number, the products you are returning and the reason.
  4. Ship it to: VideoMountStore.com, 1309 Summit Ave Ste 12, Plano, TX 75074. You pay the return shipping. Use any carrier you like; we recommend a traceable method.
  5. Once it arrives, we inspect it and issue the refund, usually within 10 business days. If more than 30 days have passed since we charged your card, we will call you for the card number, because our system deletes it after 30 days for your protection.

Video Mount Store and Technical Connections Inc. reserve the right to limit or refuse a return at any time and for any reason.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges through the return policy above. It is usually easier to place a new order for the replacement and return the item you do not want. You can also send back the unwanted item for credit toward a new purchase.

Damaged or defective items

If a shipment arrives damaged, notify the carrier right away. If it looks badly damaged, refuse it. Either way, call us at 800-585-8795 and we will send a replacement item or part. If a product is defective, call us and we will arrange a replacement.

Stock

We keep the items on our website stocked in our warehouse and try to have everything in stock all the time. If there is no order button for an item, it is probably out of stock. If you are able to order something that is out of stock, we try to contact you quickly. Call or email if you want to know when an item will be back, or ask us to email you when it returns.

Payment

You can pay online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You can also mail an order and pay by check or money order; orders paid by check may be held until the check clears. Telephone orders are welcome.

Sales tax

We add sales tax to all Texas orders, estimated from the statewide rate using your shipping address. If your order ships to an area with additional county or local tax, we add that as we process the order. We remit all sales tax to the appropriate authorities.

Canceling an order

Orders cannot be canceled online. To cancel, call 800-585-8795 or email sales@videomountstore.com. We start processing right away, so depending on how much time has passed, your order may already have shipped.
