Refund policy
Return Policy We have tried to design a return policy that is fair to both parties. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us at (800)585-8795 within 30 days of the original invoice date to notify us. We do not accept returns on special order items. Items that are not in the original box and packaging are NOT returnable.
How much money will I get back?
- Items in NEW unopened condition are eligible for a 100% product refund not including shipping cost.
- If we have recommended a product in error you will be issued a 100% refund.
- Items that are not in the original box and packaging are NOT returnable. If they show up here we try to refuse the shipment. If we are unable to catch it you will be issued zero refund.
- If the product is not in new condition(can not be resold) and has been installed or all of the packaging material is not present you will be refunded 80% of the product price.
- The only time we refund shipping is when we have made an error or if a product is defective and no replacement is sent.
- No refunds will be issued after 90 days even if you notified us within 30 days of your purchase.
How does the process work?
- Call (800)585-8795 to notify us that you will be returning an item.
- Repackage the products securely for shipment. Most items will need to be over boxed. Do not ship them in their decorative or display packaging.
- Make sure you include a copy of your invoice if available. You can also write a note containing the following information:
- Original order number if available
- Your Name
- Your Phone Number(Where we can reach you)
- Products you are returning
- Reason for return

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You can use any carrier you are comfortable using. We recommend using a traceable method. - Once your product has arrived we will inspect the shipment and issue the appropriate refund. This can take up to 10 business days. If it has been greater than 30 days since we charged your credit card we will have to call you to get the card number to issue the refund.(Our system deletes the card number after 30 days for your protection)
Videomountstore.com and Technical Connections Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Exchanges Exchanges are handled according to our standard "Return Policy". We find it is easier to just have customers place a new order for the replacement item and do a return on the unwanted item. We do however allow you the option of sending back the unwanted item and receiving credit towards a new purchase.
