The VMP EXT-0609 is a telescoping extension that adds adjustable drop length to a ceiling mount. It is made of 1.5" NPT pipe and adjusts from 6" to 9", so you can set the mount at the height you need. It works with VMP ceiling mounts and with any manufacturer's ceiling mount that uses 1.5" NPT pipe.
