The VMP IBA-1 I-Beam Adapter lets you clamp a ceiling mount directly to a structural I-beam without adding a ceiling plate. It works with any manufacturer's mounting system that uses 1.5 inch NPT plumbing pipe, and it also fits all VMP ceiling masts directly. The clamp adjusts to fit a range of beam flange widths, so one adapter covers many installations.
